Auditorium truss signing

On July 7, South Florida Community College students and employees became part of history by signing their names to a truss that will support the roof of the renovated SFCC Auditorium. The auditorium is undergoing a major renovation that will expand the lobby and orchestra section, create additional seating in a new balcony and side boxes, and improve the stage, sound, lighting, and overall appearance. The remodeled auditorium will make its debut in March 2010.
The truss signing has special meaning for Doug Andrews, dean, Cultural Programs, as it puts the renovation of the SFCC Auditorium one step closer to completion.
