Theatre Featured in Hussey Seating Catalog
The SFCC Theatre for the Performing Arts is featured in the current Hussey Seating catalog.
The newly remodeled South Florida Community College Theatre for the Performing Arts is featured as the center spread in the current catalog for Quattro chairs by Hussey Seating.
“It caught us by surprise,” said Glenn Little, vice president, Administrative Services.
Little said the Quattro modular chairs were purchased from Newton Seating Company, a Hussey Seating distributor. Their representatives were impressed with the theatre’s design and arranged to professionally photograph the theatre immediately after its completion in spring 2010.
“We didn’t know that the photo would end up in Hussey’s catalog,” Little said. “We’re proud to be part of that.”
The SFCC Theatre for the Performing Arts is one of only three facilities in the nation to be featured in the catalog for their use of Quattro modular chairs. The other two are the McCoy Community Center for the Arts in New Albany, Ohio, and the New Orleans Superdome.
