Joanne Foote Receives Masters Degree

Joanne Foote, SFCC Nursing professor, recently earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of South Florida.
“Mrs. Foote’s advanced degree will benefit not only the nursing department’s educational team, but will provide a level of professionalism and scholarship that will benefit each and every student in our programs,” said Michele Heston, SFCC Nursing director. “The increasing complexity of the health care environment demands a strong and committed focus on best practices not only in the discipline itself but in teaching and learning theory. Mrs. Foote embodies both.”
