South Florida Community College practical nursing students (pictured above) celebrated St. Patrick’s Day at Lake Placid Health Care Center. The student nurses hosted a St. Patrick’s Day celebration as a way of thanking the residents and staff for providing them with a rich and informative clinical experience. The students, under the leadership of Joanne Foote, spent six weeks at the facility caring for the residents and working side-by-side with staff.
