On Monday evening, South Florida Community College Panther Baseball added to the excitement of its season’s first home game by honoring four Panthers who went on to play Major League Baseball. Panther Head Coach Rick Hitt (center) presented framed jerseys to Jesse Litsch (2004-05), Ryan Raburn (2001), Chris Waters (2000), and Darren Clarke (2000-01). Litsch pitches for the Toronto Blue Jays, Raburn plays outfield for the Detroit Tigers, Waters pitches for the Milwaukee Brewers, and Clarke is a former pitcher for the Colorado Rockies. Their numbers are now on permanent display at Panther Field.
